I wasn’t always outgoing; neither was it easy for me to make friends and connect with the right people.

I was an introvert for many years, and just like most introverts, sometimes I just wish I could be as outgoing as those other guys that “are loved by everyone.” The extroverts! They are persuasive; they can talk to anybody, and they are good at attracting people to themselves (These were my beliefs at that time). And so I said to myself, “I need to be able to do that.”

I made it a point of duty to learn all that I could about persuasion and how it affects communication. I asked myself questions like “Why would someone say “Yes” to John and “No” to me when John and I made the same request?” “How do I build my confidence?” “How do I get value out of my conversations?”  

My quest to find the answer to these questions led me through hundreds of conversations, thousands of articles, numerous training, tons of books, and endless video analysis. In my journey, I was able to glean (still gleaning) powerful insights on how you can increase your influence through persuasive communication and social skills.

Since 2013, I have taught these lessons with unquenchable interest and passion, helping people not only strengthen their persuasive and social skills but also helping them learn how to make valuable connections.

This is what happens when you lack people skills...

If you want to change everything and reach success, you must overcome the following myths...

Myth 1: I am an introvert and I don’t think I can do this.

I can tell you that most of the people you know that are charismatic and are impressive communicators are introverts.

The truth is that you don’t have to be an extrovert to be charismatic or to have persuasive communication skills.

As an introvert, you have the advantage of being observant, a good listener, strategic, and you can develop razor-sharp people skills. Moreover, there is little connection between talking a lot and presenting great ideas.

Myth 2: I can’t change who I am.

Developing people skills does not mean that you have to change who you are. It is all about understanding your strengths and finding the best ways to maximize those strengths. The goal is to develop new skills that work well with your personality.

For your information, I will never tell you to change your personality to be like someone else’s.

Myth 3: I don’t need anybody. I am fine by myself.

Some people tend to develop this mentality when they tried in the past to make connections and failed or when they have been disappointed several times by people they trust. 

The truth is that we all need people at one point in our lives or another. Humans are inherently social. Even introverts feel the need to connect. The key is understanding how to manage your relationships effectively.

So, instead of holding on to the mindset that you don’t need people, apply yourself and learn how to connect and make meaningful relationships.

Myth 4: We are born with people skills.

Although there are people who are more predisposed to developing people skills early on in life, there is proof that the skills are nurtured.

While some people grew in an environment where people skills were nurtured, some people were raised in conditions where it was silenced.

However, I am a living proof that people skills can be learned, and there are several scientific studies that support it.

What if I told you there was a way to be your best socially?

A way to be more charismatic when you are interacting with people and speaking in public.

A way to connect with people easily through networking events, friendly parties, and work events.

A way to build more valuable relationships anywhere and everywhere you go.

A way to create more opportunities in your career.

I have gone through this life-changing process, and I am teaching lots of other people to do the same

I was not always good with people, but I decided to change that. When I found out the secrets of how to connect with people, how to be persuasive, and how to build amazing relationships, I knew I had to share that information with the world. And I have been doing that for almost a decade.

I have taught these lessons to all kinds of people.

Here is the problem.

It is sad to say that our school has failed us. We were taught technical skills and the skills to do our jobs, but we were never taught how to connect with people and build important relationships.

The coaching is six weeks long, with an average of 2 to 4 hour sessions every week.

Firstly, I am going to work you through high impact practice strategies that would make your newfound skills stick. Secondly, every coaching session will be recorded for the entire six weeks so you can go back for a refresher as often as you want to.
